What are we going to do about America changing..?
Altruistic maybe; however, no through the solid definition of the word altruistic which actually means showing care for others, not just yourself. It just happens to be in this portion of the exact same definition where the actions may look good, but the reasons and decisions for this “thinking or behaving in a way that shows you care about other people and their interest more than you care about yourself.
A veteran Justice Department lawyer says that Attorney General Eric Holder has politicized the department in a way he had not seen before. In short, “Holder is the worst person to hold the position of attorney general since the disgraced John Mitchell.”
Now in his sixth year as attorney general, Holder has increasingly tilted the department in an ideological direction. It is one thing to emphasize President Obama’s legal priorities. It’s quite another to decide not to enforce certain federal laws — such as the ban on marijuana — or urge state attorney general’s to refuse to defend local laws on same-sex marriage. Legal changes are achieved through legislation, not through a sudden whim not to enforce them. No other attorney general has acted in this manner.
Holder clearly believes he has the inherent power to politicize his department. When House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte asked him last week whether he believed there were any limits to the administration’s prosecutorial discretion. “There is a vast amount of discretion that a president has — and more specifically that an attorney general has,” Holder responded.
But courts have frequently disagreed with Holder’s interpretations of the law. Just last week, a US District Court judge issued an order denying Justice’s request for veto power over school-choice scholarships awarded to students by the state of Louisiana. Justice had sued Louisiana last August seeking an injunction to stop it from distributing school vouchers to kids seeking to escape failing schools using the pretext of decades-old desegregation orders. Justice’s action is pure politics, driven by the fact that Democrats are beholden to teachers unions.
These selfish tactics and measures that a sitting U.S. Attorney General who literally brags without conscience about the multitude of legal issues he has personally brought before judges that charge schools, educational districts, and entire states with minority fraud. One obvious place to look would be the Philadelphia School District especially the losses incurred by the schools and districts for having to defend the age “appropriate” behavior of elementary education students.
So here I am sitting with some astute and very well-rounded colleagues discussing as a matter of record (ex-post facto) how America is changing. The one critical matter that we are looking to is allegedly the “equality measures” whereby to assume or to see the U.S. Penal system seem as though punishment goes both ways – these know it all’s have been releasing some of the worst criminals for no apparent reason other than to put this fictitious notion of equal crimes mean equal times.
Therefore, we see it as a massive breach of our trust in the very chosen positions these men have chosen to dedicate their lives too. It is nonetheless a call to arms when one’s President has decided to ban the apprehension, detainment, or deportation of illegal immigrants.
And yes, the notion does in fact hold true that if a demographic of a Nation’s populace breaks more laws, steels more other people’s things, murder less than fortunate beings in the midst of their crimes, well quite openly, nothing is going to perpetuate that cycle.
I would certainly suggest that every major (at least Fortune 100, Facebook, Twitter, Google, and etc,) companies use their conscience to help in some way these 80 percent or so people of color stay out of trouble. And just one more thing whilst I’m going…Oprah Winfrey there was a time when you had already received my vote as President; now, I have taken a particular liking to lesser than fortunate urban city kids.
I personally invite everyone to read the following as a matter of due course. I happen to think that these briefs are appropriate and spot on when one looks to see the changing of America. One may start by clicking HERE, or THERE, or even click HERE or just over THERE.
