Obama’s Reflux on Federal Court Ruling

ICE Can’t Fill Detention Quotas for Illegal Aliens Due to Pres. Obama’s Policies

ICE1282014_0Reports from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) show that they have not been able to fill the 34,000 detention beds with illegal aliens as the law requires. The department, which serves as the interior enforcement and deportation arm of the Department of Homeland Security, was averaging just 27,000 detainees a day for fiscal 2015 as of Jan. 25. That means that over 20% of ICE’s capacity is going unused thus far.

Members of Congress Applaud Temporary Injunction to Block Executive Amnesty

sealUnited States District Judge Andrew Hanen ruled late Monday night to temporarily block certain executive actions President Obama took late last year that would grant amnesty and work permits to an estimated 5 million illegal aliens. In the wake of the ruling, several Members of Congress have issued statements applauding the injunction and doubling down on their commitment to pass a DHS spending bill that blocks funding for President Obama’s executive amnesties.

So folks continuing on within the political correctness that we have reached thus far I ask for volunteers on this one: How did after 1986 and President Reagan’s amnesty, which at that time freed up approximately 3.4 million illegal immigrants, notwithstanding those who for some reason or another did not register with USCIS which is approximately 600,000 individuals suddenly turn into 12 million that are now here – just a breath away from being granted amnesty?

Remember how we started this entire political correctness enigma – a mere changing of native language; having some trouble grasping that…no problem: Once upon a time America entered into political arrangements with Mexico, some Middle American nations, whereby it would benefit both governments if we could initiate a “Guest or Seasonal Worker” program. Now with the influx of illegal immigrants as well as refugees from Somalia, Kenya, Asia, Russia, as well as students from all of the Middle East to 12 or more million people – these individuals remained because their monickor had changed  and encouraged by the federal government to Undocumented immigrants, Exiles, Who No Fault of their Own, that morphed into Profiling, Racial Profiling, into “An Urgent Humanitarian Crisis” and all the while our judicial system prided itself on the Usurpation of Politics by adhering to laws that have been made and/or altered by the very judicial system.
