Just a Couple of Items…Bewildering at Best!
I have reached the point in my non-scientific empirical research study with regards to Hillary Clinton. I have received thousands of responses; however, none of which mean anything to a person who takes politics and political parties seriously.
So without further adieu, someone, anyone for the sake of those who may be mentally challenged or not, please with your wherewithal tell me who is Mrs. Hillary Clinton? And please tell your audience here, what has she done in her career that would even suggest that she run for the Office of President.
As for me and the people that I’m around this is becoming a monstrosity almost by the hour. I would much rather spend my time here writing about most of the quips’ Democrats made yesterday and earlier this morning regarding Prime Minister Netanyahu. If you are a Face book member or even Twitter, please look up Greta Van Susteren’s writing about decorum behavior and the type of behavior displayed by the Democrats, especially one former Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
But for those of us who really want to know, who is Mrs. Hillary Clinton? What has she done to warrant her running for president? As I push my chips “all-in” here is my unabridged bewilderment. Hillary Clinton is the wife of William Clinton and mother of Chelsea Clinton. Insofar as her husband — in word only — was a President of the United States (POTUS), that would make Hillary a First Lady. No, nope, nada, not the kind of experience warranted for a President, or even a senator.
How Mrs. Clinton became a senator was strictly by using her last name — Clinton — which in all true course did not happen until 1982. For years using her own last name — Rodham — even after her marriage to Bill, it is reasonably known that she changed to the Clinton surname to assist Bill in his gubernatorial elections.
Many people believe that she waited intentionally until 1999 the end of Bill Clinton’s presidency to focus on her own career in politics. Well what would one suspect? Bill Clinton had already been impeached and was waiting neatly on the sidelines for his acquittal from the Senate.
The following issues that involve Hillary Clinton are public knowledge; albeit, just the thought of these in lieu of what she is facing now — email servers in her home and nowhere else. The Benghazi episode. This in addition to her following rhetoric and actions.
In 1974, when Bill returned to Arkansas to pursue his political career, Hillary moved to Washington to work as a member of the impeachment inquiry staff advising the House Committee on the Judiciary during the Watergate investigation.
Bill Clinton was elected president in 1992 and Hillary Clinton became a somewhat controversial First Lady, weathering criticism about everything from her hairstyles to her involvement in public policy to her role in a questionable Arkansas land deal (the so-called Whitewater affair).
During her tenure as first lady, Hillary contended with a series of investigations into the Clintons’ personal affairs, including extensive inquiries related to the Clintons’ 1979 investment in the failed Whitewater land deal in Arkansas. The Clintons repeatedly refused to turn over private records to media investigators, a strategy Hillary championed. “Hillary’s attitude toward the press,” Gail Sheehy recounted, “was to pull back, to reveal nothing… to keep the media or anybody else who’s asked questions about their inside life at bay.”
At 13, she canvassed the South Side of Chicago after Richard Nixon’s defeat by John F. Kennedy, and she volunteered for Barry Goldwater’s campaign in 1964. In 1965, she enrolled as a political science major at Wellesley College, where she became the president of the Young Republicans Club her freshman year.
